Refund policy

We want you to love your Shree Aura Crystal.

**Returns:**
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

**How to return:**
Email us at support@shreeauracrystals.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll share the pickup/return address.

**Refunds:**
Once we receive and inspect the product, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

**Non-returnable items:**
Used items, products damaged by customer, or items without original packaging cannot be returned.

**Damaged/Wrong item received:**
If you received a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. We'll replace it for free or issue a full refund.
